Department employees conduct research:

• analysis of the quality of agri-food products, including the use of vision techniques,
• optimization of production processes, food processing and storage as well as plant and animal production, including the use of pro-environmental techniques,
• optimization of the mixing process of granular materials and powders as well as methods of assessing the homogeneity of mixtures,
• CO2 / N2 gas separation, techniques and modeling of air purification processes,
• the use of copper catalysts for the production of hydrogen.
